BUTTERMILK PIE from Cathleen Littell


Ingredients: 
½ cup butter, softened
1 ½ cups sugar
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 eggs
1 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon vanilla


Directions:
Cream butter and sugar in a bowl.
Add flour
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition
Stir the remaining ingredients and mix well
Pour into crust
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
Cool completely before serving
Yields 8 – 10 servings
